With a population of about 8000, the City of Lakeway has grown from a
sleepy retirement community, to a diverse Lakeside community. With
beautiful new developments, great golf courses, shopping, restaurants- the
amenities keep growing. Lakeway is home to the World of Tennis
complex, and an airport (Lakeway Air Park). But, the main amenities are
still the Lake and the Golf. Lakeway has a great
Marina, and 3
great golf courses (soon to be 4, with the addition of a new Nicholas
course).
