Costa Bella is located off of RR 620 between Lakeway and the Mansfield Dam.
 

 "Costa Bella is a closely knit community," says Joe Longton, adding that one of the reasons the neighbors of Costa Bella are so amiable is because the residents are predominately young high technology executives, and many of whom have children."

 Lakewind is located on Lake Travis off of RR 620 South between Mansfield Dam and Hudson Bend.

"Lakewind is the embodiment of accessible elegance," says Steve Walker, Vice President, Austin Division Toll Brothers. "Most of the Lakewind homesites offer sweeping views of Lake Travis or the Hill Country," says Walker. "The views are important at Lakewind, and the large homesites take advantage of Texans' love of wide open space."

Waterford is located in Lakeway off of RR 620.

Because Waterford is marketing only waterfront or lakeview properties, the interior portions will be left as a natural greenbelt. The community will be gated with two licensed police officers in charge of security. A community center, jogging trails, picnic areas, a waterfall park and a marina are in the planning stages.
